1. Does darker coffee mean stronger flavor?

Yes. The darker the roast, the bolder and more intense the flavor becomes. Darker roasts tend to have:

  • Thicker body
  • Lower acidity
  • Smokier, deeper notes
    Lighter roasts, in contrast, highlight more fruity, floral, and acidic characteristics.

2. What roast level do you offer? Can I customize it?

Yes, we offer a range of roast levels and are happy to accommodate your preferences!

  • By default:
    • Single origin coffees are roasted light to medium to preserve their unique origin characteristics.
    • Coffee Blends are typically roasted to an espresso profile (between medium to medium dark).

We can also roast to your custom request — from light to medium, medium, medium dark, or even dark roast.
To request a specific roast, simply leave a note at checkout when placing your order.

3. What are “resting days” after roasting?

Freshly roasted coffee beans release carbon dioxide — a process called degassing. To allow the flavor to fully develop, we recommend:

  • Resting the beans for 3–7 days after the roast date
  • Lighter roasts: up to 10 days
  • Darker roasts: 3–5 days is usually sufficient

Letting them rest ensures a more balanced and flavorful cup.

4. How do I store coffee beans at home?

To keep your coffee fresh:

  • Store in an airtight container
  • Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Do not refrigerate or freeze, as moisture can affect flavor
    Our packaging is resealable and designed to protect the beans from oxygen and light.

4. How long does it take to process my order?

We typically process all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is shipped.

5. How long does shipping take within Indonesia?

  • Standard delivery: 1–7 working days, depending on your location
    We work with trusted logistics providers to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

  • International shipping usually takes 5–14 working days, depending on your country and customs processing.
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

7. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package in real-time.
